Received this book in a timely manner after having to order at the last minute for school. Would recommend in the future. However, did not know this would be completed as a 2 volume set. The books my professors have are just one big book instead of a set of two. Not disappointed, just would have been nice to know.
Very happy with the purchase. It was bought to replace the same version of the book in which the binding was falling apart. I'm very impressed with the fact that the book was split into 2. This version should last a lot longer
I purchased this book for a class in school. I find it very helpful and informative. Parts of it you may have to read more than once to understand but overall, great book!
With this book weighing in at just over three pound don't drop it on your head whilst reading it in bed.
This book was assigned to the Pharmacology course I am teaching. Not my choice. The author has a horrid concept of "flow of idea", but jumps back and forth between subjects, never fully completing any of them. He speaks of subjects (Train of four), without explaining what it is? He spends pages describing sugammadex (not even approved in the US), but fails to describe even benadryl. Wastes time describing to the nth degree the structure of even the most abnormal receptors.
