While I like electronic bibles and resources, I've actually gone back to paper for my primary bible, an ESV bible with 2" margins that allows me to take tons of notes. This concordance has proven to be an invaluable resource to help when looking up things. It makes my bible study more meaningful as I don't let technology get in the way, or worse, distracted by google results for passages. No more notifications, going down rabbit holes in blogs semi-related to my search, or anything else. It just allows me to focus on God's word.

Really nice exhaustive concordance. Needed for ESV. Use it for teaching Sunday School. Easy to read format.

I've been using a NASB concordance with a NASB Bible comparing to my ESV Bible. Really glad to have the ESV "version".

Overall, I really love this Exhaustive Concordance. It is different than Strong's Concordance, but once you understand its arrangements, you will begin to appreciate it. Let me be brief:1. High Quality. It is Smyth-sewn binding with high quality Bible paper. The fonts are clear though they are small - as expected in any Exhaustive Concordance. If you are 40 years and older, you might need a reading glass.2. Different Than Typical Strong's Concordance. There is no numbering system. It is arranged with "Short Glosses" from the original with "subscript" to identify the entry. While different, it is useful. The dictionaries (or "Glossaries") in the back provide concise definition, frequency, parts of speech, and verb stems in discussing the original language.3. ESV 2016 updated words (compared to 2011) are not included in this concordance. For example, ESV (2016), on Gen. 3:16, "your desire shall be contrary to your husband" the word, "contrary" is not found. So to use this concordance, you need 2011 edition.4. The size of the concordance is similar to NASB Exhaustive Concordance (Zondervan). See the pictures.Overall, this will be a great addition to your ESV. Love the format. Highly recommended!

Trust me, once you start using a full concordance instead of the very abridged on at the back of some Bibles, you never want to be without one.This concordance is well made for many years of use. It is a hardback edition. The spine is sewn, and rounded for easy use, and durability. There are black head and tail bands. The paper is 36 g.s.m. and opaque. I think it was about as thin as they could go without sacrificing legibility, considering the 6.5 Lexicon font. It strikes the perfect balance for a book of this size. The paper is white, and the type is clearly, and uniformly printed. Concordances, as you can imagine are not small books. This one is a hair thinner than my Strong’s. In the front of this concordance in the introduction you’ll find helpful diagrams of how to use this tome properly, as well as a Preface by Drayton Brenner who compiled it.
